OUR DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL
Our sales channel is the electrical and tool wholesale trade in Germany and our worldwide representation abroad. We are happy to advise you on technical questions finding the right cable reel for you. We can also assist you in finding a specialist near you. Should there be no representation in your Country we are pleased to assist you, please contact us by mail at sales@schill.de.
DO WE HAVE DISTRIBUTORS IN GERMANY?

FREE HOUSE BORDER
Goods/Orders over the value of EUR 250.00 is shipped free of charge (foc).
DELIVERY ABROAD
Deliveries within Europe are made free German border from EUR 250.00 net value of goods. Foreign shipments are made "ex works". You are welcome to ask our sales team for freight costs for your order.

WHICH PARCEL SERVICE/FORWARDER IS USED TO DISPATCH OUR PRODUCTS?
Individual packages are usually shipped via UPS, while Dachser freight forwarders handle larger consignments. Certainly, you can also collect via a parcel service or a forwarding agent of your choice. However, we need to know this in advance when placing your order.
CAN I ALSO RECEIVE MY INVOICES BY E-MAIL?
Yes of course. Please let us know your e-mail address to which your invoice should be sent in the future.

THERMO SWITCHES – WHEN AND WHY?
Our equipped cable drums are all have a thermal switch serving as a protection device in the event of overheating. If the cable drum becomes too hot during use, e.g. because the cable has not been completely unwound, the thermo switch triggers and switches off the power automatically. After the drum has cooled down, the thermo switch can be reset at the push of a button and the drum is ready for use again.
WHAT IS A PRCD-S?
A PRCD-S or SPE-PRCD is a special mobile protective device with protective conductor detection or protective conductor monitoring. When plugged into a socket outlet with an unknown protective measure, an automatic routine check is performed. If the mains supply is correct the device is enabled. The device then assumes the function of a residual current circuit breaker (tripping value 30mA) with constant protective conductor monitoring.
WHAT IS AN FI SWITCH?
An earth-leakage circuit breaker or RCD in short, is an earth-leakage current protection device that can be found in almost every distribution and serves as personal protection. If a live line is touched by a person, a so-called residual current flows through it. The residual current circuit breaker detects this and disconnects all conductors in the circuit from the mains supply.

(Almost) all our cable reels and automatic cable reels are also available without cable for self-assembly.

On request you can have your cable (only possible with H07BQ-F cables) printed free of charge. Up to 240 characters with constant repetition of the text (upper and lower case as well as printable numbers) can be printed on the cable. Due to the personalized printing your cable drum is more effectively protected against theft. Please let us know the imprint when ordering.
